Why We Built This Company
AI is moving faster than any technology in history — and its capabilities are genuinely extraordinary. J. Joe Ricketts, CEO
Joe Ricketts is an American entrepreneur, billionaire, and philanthropist. Born in 1941 in Nebraska City, he paid his way through college working as a janitor and hospital orderly. In 1974, with $12,500 he co-founded a company that would later become Ameritrade. By lowering costs and embracing technology-driven trading, Joe transformed investing and empowered millions to take control of their financial lives. In 2020, he sold Ameritrade for $26 billion.
Manuel Mattke, President
Manuel brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software product development across finance, biotech, real estate, government agencies, and more. Manuel leads technology, business development and operations. Manuel also leads Opportunity Education, a global education foundation that helps schools to enable students to own and drive their learning.
Glenn Szerlong, Chief Strategy Officer
Glenn brings over 20 years of experience in risk management, analytics, financial reporting, machine learning, and the use of Decision AI in the global finance sector. Glenn leads solution strategy and product delivery.
